These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "ToS") apply to any purchase made through the tacline.co platform, operated by Tacline Solutions (Mattéo Lépinay), a micro-enterprise registered under SIRET 98204480200014, with its registered office at 24 Rue Lamartine, 38320 Eybens, France.
The Tacline platform acts as a technical intermediary. Events are offered and organized by third parties (the organizers), who are solely responsible for their proper conduct. Tacline does not directly sell tickets but facilitates the transaction.
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "ToS") govern the payment, refund, and commission terms applicable to transactions between players and event organizers through the tacline.co platform.
Online payments are optional and are processed securely by our provider Stripe. Tacline has no access to users' banking data.
Stripe transaction fees are automatically deducted from the amount paid by players before being transferred to organizers. These fees depend on the type of card used:
These fees are borne solely by the organizers on the ticket amount they have set.

Organizers may also accept cash payments on-site, at their discretion.
Any ticket refund is the exclusive responsibility of the organizer, who assumes full responsibility.
The Tacline platform does not refund service fees applied during online purchase.
In case of a refund decided by the organizer, the amount returned to the player will be reduced by Tacline fees, which remain acquired, even in case of cancellation or withdrawal. No refund will be made less than 24 hours before the start of the game, except in case of event cancellation by the organizer. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date or period.
A platform commission is automatically added at the time of online payment. Its amount depends on the chosen ticket price and is clearly displayed before payment.

The commission is capped at €3.98.
This commission helps fund the services offered by Tacline (support, maintenance, development, etc.).
Tacline does not take any commission on the ticket amount set by organizers.
Only Stripe transaction fees are automatically deducted (see section 2 on online payment). The rest is transferred directly to them.
Tacline cannot be held responsible for the cancellation, conduct, or any damage suffered during the proposed events.
In case of dispute, only the organizers are responsible.
Any request regarding a payment, refund, or transaction must be sent to contact@tacline.co within 7 days following the date of the event in question.
These ToS are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tacline's registered office jurisdiction.
