These legal notices are governed by French law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the publisher's head office.
Payments made on the platform are managed by the Stripe service provider. Online payment is not mandatory. Organizers can choose to accept cash payments on-site.
When an online payment is made, a full refund is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the event. After this deadline, no refund will be made, except in case of event cancellation by the organizer.
When an online payment is made, a 10% commission capped at €1 is charged by the platform. This commission includes all service fees and Stripe transaction fees.
For example, for a €60 ticket, the commission will remain limited to a maximum of €1.
This commission is automatically deducted from the amount paid by the player, and the balance is transferred to the organizer via Stripe.
In case of disputes related to payment, refund, or transaction, users can contact Tacline support at the following address: contact@tacline.co.
Any claim must be made within 7 days following the date of the relevant event.
